When Practicing as team it is a really good thing to dress alike whether it is dancing or lifting. It shows your team is serious about what they do. This top is so cute, and I feel it would be a nice shirt to work out in. The back is cute out so it would be cool, and if it was for a school team you could definitely get your school embroidered or printed on the front!
