I know this isn't completely dance but it has a lot of dance things in it. I can not believe how flexible these girls are! They are like rubber bands! They are sitting on their heads while catching a ball in their feet!! This is too crazy.

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

Alvin Ailey American Dance, They have some of the sickest dancers I have ever seen. Their style of dance might be a little different but it is crazy how strong and talented the dancers are.

Dancers For The 2010 Tour Announced

The 40-city tour begins on September 19 in New Orleans and ends in Glendale, AZ on November 17. The production will feature this season’s most popular routines as well as original pieces created specifically for the nationwide tour. Tickets go on-sale July 30, 2010.

So You Think You Can Dance Is Back!!

Just read that the auditions for So You Think You Can Dance are gonna begin soon!
Auditions will be October 13 in Oakland California and November 15 in Brooklyn. Only two cities have been set, but more will come in the coming weeks.
Oh my gosh! I can not wait for the auditions and the season to start! I love guessing and finding out who will be on the show!

LSU- Killer Hip-Hop Dance

I love watching the The UDA College Nationals and this year was such a great year.  The team/dance that won this year is by far my favorite.

I was watching So You Think You Can Dance clips on youtube and I agree that Get Outta Your Mind with Alex and Twitch is one of the best this season! I love the song and I love the dancers! I'm obsessed!

Still Loving This Dance

I know this was a while ago but I still can't get over this dance.  Kayla and Kupono did such an amazing job. They first time I watched it I definitely cried.  It is so powerful and meaningful, it gets me every time and these are one of those dances you don't forget!

Fun Colored Hair Clips

I found these colored hair clips at Discount Dance Supply and I love them.  They are a great way to add a little something different to a costume.  If the dance is different then why not add something a little different. They are really cheap too.

Halloween Costumes!

My younger girls are putting on a little Halloween dance and  I found the cutest costumes for them at Discount Dance Supply! They came in yesterday and the girls loved them! They can not wait to perform in them! They are all going to look so cute!!

Breast Cancer Leg Warmers

Just saw these new leg warmers on Discount Dance Supply and I think they are great! I love the more people are aware the better! Plus I love pink and black and these leg warmers are awesome! I love the tall leg warmers!

2010 Bizmodels

Just looked at everythingdance.com and saw the new 2010 bizmodels. They are so cute.  This one is my fav! She is just the cutest little thing. Congrats to all of the new 2010 biz models! You all look fantastic!

Cutest Costumes For Great Prices

I teach some dance classes at a studio nearby and I was trying to find a costume for them and couldn't find anything I really liked.  Most of the costumes I found were either boring or cheep looking. I was looking at Discount Dance Supply and when I found this I fell in love! It is so perfect for my girls! It matches the song and and they all look so cute in it! I can't wait for their first competition to show it off!

Fun Colored Tights

I was starting to get tired of wearing the same old boring tan tights everyday to dance. I found these colored tights at Discount Dance Supply. They come in so many different colors and one size fits all. They are so fun and light weight so I don't get hotter than normal in them, and they are only $7.75!

Team Warm Ups Just Look Better

Dance team warm ups are a great thing to have. Seeing teams or studios with matching warm ups changes people's view on the team or studio.  They make the team seem unified and all around better.  I remember at a national competition one time, my team was with out uniforms and we just looked like we didn't belong at a national competition. I highly suggest getting team or studio warm ups for competitions and such, plus they are comfy and cute!

Best Stage Earrings!!

My studio has been using these earrings since before I was born. They are so great. They never fall out on stage. You can see them on stage very well, especially with the lights.  They are a great touch to a dance look when going on stage.  If you don't have these already, I highly suggest getting them! They are only $8.50 and They last for so long!
